I'm the founder and CEO of B2B Soft, a software and AI company building the systems that businesses and government institutions in Uzbekistan rely on every day. Our products run taxi networks, HR and payroll, call centers, field sales and public services, each one built around how work actually happens here.
I came to this as an engineer, and I still lead from the architecture up. Every product we ship starts with the same question: what will it take for this to still run well in ten years?
I lead a focused team of engineers working alongside AI agents, which lets us deliver with the depth of a much larger company. Beyond B2B Soft, I co-founded Gramir, a venture-backed AI platform for social media.

Navoiy citizen platform
Touch kiosks in mahalla buildings, plus one backend for every channel citizens use. An appeal filed by kiosk, web or Telegram gets the same reference number and the same 15-day legal deadline.
Samkad.uz
An operations panel and field app for land surveys, with a 7-step abris wizard, petitions, auctions and a 3D city map built from self-hosted OpenStreetMap tiles.
Helmary Terminal
A terminal designed around tasks instead of lines. It knows where every command begins and ends, and keeps AI off the render thread. 4.8 MB binary, 25k lines of Rust, 368 tests.
